UCL SSEES Library

The small collection on Turkey consists principally of works in English on history, description and travel relating to the former Ottoman Empire and on the current geopolitics of Turkey within the Balkans. Books in Turkish are not collected and language and literature are scarcely represented. The collection is shelved on the Lower Ground Floor. Much of the older and little used material is housed off-site in store. Bibliographical records for all of the Turkish collection are to be found in the on-line catalogue. Books in this section have the classmark T.
