Books on the Baltic region as a whole and on the three Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania treated together are put into the General Baltic class on the Lower Ground Floor. Series such as Excerpta historica Nordica, Copenhagen, 1955-80 and Skandinavskii sbornik, Tallinn, 1956- are found here. There are a number of works on the Baltic Germans including C.A. von Klingspor's Baltisches Wappenbuch, Stockholm, 1882. Books in this section have the classmark Gen.Balt.
