UCL SSEES: Fault Reporting (H&S Doc-4)

It is important that staff and students should report building and equipment faults as soon as they are detected, not least because such action can reduce the risk of accident.

Within SSEES premises:

Contact the SSEES Services and Supplies Officer by email (NB: use telephone if the fault requires urgent attention), or leave a message at the SSEES Reception desk providing the following information:

Email s.cole@ssees.ucl.ac.uk
Sue Cole Ext. 28800 (regular opening hours - if urgent)

Classrooms and other UCL premises:

Faults found elsewhere in UCL (i.e. not the SSEES building) should be reported either using the contact details posted in the room where the fault is found, or by reporting the fault direct to the Estates Division using the web-based form available at: http://rome.ee.ucl.ac.uk/cgi-bin/maint.cgi
